Mie Ann Grace P. Lacrete, a vibrant and accomplished 24-year-old educator, freshly graduated from Maryhill College with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, majoring in English. Recognized as an academic excellence as a Cum Laude, cultivated a deep passion for teaching and is committed to creating an engaging and positive learning environment. With her enthusiasm, dedication, innovative approach, and eager to join a dynamic educational institution where I can inspire and nurture the academic and personal growth of her students.






With nearly two years of ESL teaching and a year-long teaching internship, I've gained a solid mix of hands-on experience and formal training. This journey has equipped me with various techniques to create engaging and supportive lessons. My diverse background helps me adapt to different learning styles and cultural contexts, making sure every student feels valued and motivated to reach their language goals.




I am passionate about teaching and have strong communication skills that help me connect with students of all ages. I’m adaptable, creative, and always strive to make lessons engaging and effective. With patience and empathy, I create a supportive learning environment, and my strong organization and time management skills ensure every class is productive. I’m also a team player, a problem-solver, and an active listener, always maintaining a positive attitude to encourage growth and confidence in my students.
