 Good day Madam. My very honest opinion is that yes, I would recommend the HARRY POTTER (Chamber of Secrets book), but they must take the reading sessions separately, not at the same time. I also recommend a Vocabulary book for each of them. Example, one day Lily reading, the next day Lisa reading, the next day vocab, lily and the next day, Lisa vocab. My honest opinion why I recommend separately is because yes, they are both your daughter, however both advance differently to each other. We need to respect that so as to give each one a chance to proceed at their own paces. This is not about the money or number of classes but to ensure that they both receive the best teaching according to their individual skills and abilities.  Although twins, they will still proceed to learn at their own individual paces, in this instance now twins are exactly the same. Yes, my recommendation is first reading, then Vocabulary training which will ultimately lead to IELTS exam training and preparations. Thank you and kindest regards Barnet.

 Good day, Madam. You have two amazing children. Yes, I suggest a vocabulary book and a Harry Potter reading book for Michael (this will help his grammar, punctuation and pronunciation skills). For Grace, I recommend also a Harry Potter reading book for her before going back to IELTS questions for the both of them. All you have to do is to say YES to give permissions to No to keep it as it is! Thank you very much.
