Why has William spoken so little in class recently?

Thank you for your concern about William’s participation in class. I’ve noticed that he has been quieter than usual, and after reflecting on possible reasons, a few factors may be influencing his engagement: Topic Suitability – The current subjects may not fully capture his interest, making him less eager to contribute. Reading Material Difficulty – The book you’ve selected might be challenging for him, which could discourage active participation. Learning Environment – I believe William thrives when he enjoys the learning process, so fostering a positive and pressure-free atmosphere could help. External Pressure – High expectations, whether from school or home, can sometimes make children withdraw rather than engage. I’d love to work together to make adjustments—perhaps incorporating

James, please encourage William to think more and express his opinions more. When answering questions, he should provide reasons and multiple causes. I remember there are exercises at the end of each article. A book can also be taught over two days.
