| My name is teacher Mia and I am from San Francisco, California. I have been teaching English for over five years. I taught children, teenagers, students, and adults. I also prepared some of my students for the IELTS exams and assist them with job interviews and prepared them for interviews in the USA embassy as well. I worked for several online platforms and all of them were located in China. Most of my students were from China. I have a classroom experiences as well but I transferred to online due to this whole situation and because it is convenient and helped to me learn something new and helped me to interact with different nations too. When I teach kids I enjoy using props, like stuffed toys, flash card and realia and I like seeing kids engaging in all class activities. On the other hand, with adults I have a different approach. I like to engage them in some real life topics and like to boost their words knowledge and help them relax and think in English. Whenever I have some spare time I enjoy reading books, watching movies, doing some sports and walking with my family. I enjoy teaching and learning something new but also interesting. |
